1. Service Description

Talbi provides AI-powered voice interaction services for product presentation. You purchase voice minutes as one-time payments. Minutes do not expire.

2. Account

You can register with Google or email. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person.

3. Payments

All payments are processed via Stripe. Prices shown include VAT where applicable. Purchases are final — no refunds for unused minutes.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Talbi for:

• Illegal content
• Hate speech or harassment
• Fraud or deception
• Any content that violates German law

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

5. Your Content

You own your uploaded product images and custom prompts. You grant us a license to process this content solely for service delivery. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

6. Liability

Talbi is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• AI-generated content or statements
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Talbi after changes means you accept the new terms. We will announce significant changes via email or on-site notification.

8. Jurisdiction

German law applies. Any disputes will be handled in German courts. The place of jurisdiction is Lübeck, Germany.
